A few days ago I had the honour of receiving the Agent of the Month diploma at the RE/MAX Sunset Fuengirola office. A recognition that highlights the results of many months of work in an office with more than 50 professionals dedicated to the real estate sector.
Although I’ve always had a bittersweet relationship with awards, this one reminds me that I’m meeting my goals and that we’re on the right track. And I say “we” because, even though the diploma bears my name, behind every transaction there is a team, my family and an environment that pushes in the same direction.
Beyond being number 1 right in my birthday month, what really motivates me is the question: how can I be a better agent and offer an even more excellent service to my clients?
To that end, I keep investing in my professional development and my tools:
- Improving my website and adding a property search so my clients can find their ideal home with ease.
- Acquiring new lighting equipment to achieve more attractive and realistic real estate photography.
- Continuously training on excellence courses to always stay one step ahead.
This recognition is just one more stage on a path I enjoy every day. Because, in this job, the real reward is seeing a client happy with the keys to their new home in their hand.
